for visiting dignitries. The outside is what is officailly called Stalin Empire style but locally Stalin Vampire style. The inside is grand, not the food however and the breakfast waiters operate in 1952 Russia. Those who stayed here incude Maggie Thatcher, Chuck Berry, Indira Ghandi, Nicoli Cesesceau, Juan Carlos of Spain and us.
